iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Information Technology Services Digital Technologist - VIE Contract (W/M)

JOB PURPOSE

This is a key role in Information Technology Services (ITS) business partner organization supporting the fastest growing business unit in Sanofi. As digitalization continue to expand without our business units, VIE Digital Technologist will be responsible for digital initiative deliveries and driving adoption of ITS capabilities within the business teams. VIE will be responsible for coordination between ITS, business teams and external vendors; provide guidance on ITS service catalogue including websites, email campaigns and other. VIE will have a direct link with ITS business partners, multi-channel engagement (MCE) technologists, Global Service Organization and business organizations. Strong communication skills are necessary, technical skills in website design and website development strongly preferred.

CAPABILITIES

·  Knowledge and experience in website templates, campaign email templates to be able to advise business teams and their third party agencies
·  Strong project management and analytical skills, ability to delivery on project objectives in a timely manner required
·  Keen understanding of digital marketing technologies and their applications
·  Reinforce best practice and governance over the management of digital assets
·  Excel in a dynamic, cross function and fast paced environment
·  Strong problem solving skills
·  Upon on the job training, become fluent in ITS Service Portfolio and the Operating Models and have strong communication and commercialization skills to help customers easily chose the right service offering

RESPONSIBILITIES

·  ITS Business strategy & execution
·  Maximize stakeholder satisfaction by Increasing Quality and Value and optimizing costs
·  Contribute to and communicate the long-term ITS Business vision, strategy and plans, enabling and embedded in the business strategies and priorities and consistent with the ITS Unit’s strategy
·  Contribute to and communicate the long-term Business vision, strategy and plans within Unit ITS organization
·  Ensure risks are mitigated with the appropriate remediation plan
·  Promotes best practice, set ups the right conditions and facilitates usage of appropriates methods, processes and tools to deliver high quality of services
·  Provide leadership in time of crisis related to business in scope
·  Ensure the definition and monitoring of service level agreements (SLA) for all solutions and services (where applicable)
·  Ensure compliance with internal ITS standards, policies, external regulations

REQUIREMENTS

Basic Qualifications

·  Master’s Degree IT related or technical field
·  Fluent in English
·  Knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in website design, website development, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) / SEM (Search Engine Marketing) concepts
·  Strong project management and analytical skills, ability to delivery on project objectives in a timely manner required
·  Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority
·  Pragmatic problem solving skills in a dynamic business unit
·  Excellent writing, excel, power point and organizational skills required
·  Driving licence

Preferred Qualifications

·  Experience in healthcare industry and/or consulting
·  Comfortable to learn new technical information and processes, especially in terms of handling backend data
·  Keen understanding of digital marketing technologies and application to enable multichannel customer engagement including email campaigns, social media, webinars and others
·  Highly self-directed; Must be able to proactively and independently work issues and manage projects with minimal direction
·  Ability to communicate and present effectively to senior leaders, cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in a matrix environment
