Job description



The Role of the HRBP – Labour Relations is to Support Site Management and Site HR in the development, planning and implementation of labor relations policies and procedures and is responsible for Implementing the Employee Relations Strategy for the site while ensuring alignment with business agenda and directions from Country/Global HR

The incumbent is responsible for Managing a workforce of more than 450 full time employees and 350+ temporary employees. The Key KPI’s for the role include

·  Ensuring Industrial peace on site
·  Implementation of Employee Relations strategy for site
·  Implements HR Policies and programs, supports business leaders in all people , labour and organization related matters.
·  Successfully Represent the company before authorities/courts in legal matters
