Job Duties and Responsibilities

Leadership & Project Management

·  Together with the Global Head of Evidence Strategy Programs, implement Evidence Strategy processes and support project execution through operational excellence and organisational efficiency
·  Drives, builds & ensures sustainability of Evidence Strategy Projects through change management initiatives, training and communication, development of metrics and key performance indicators (measures)
·  Develops and actively manages detailed project plan
·  Responsible for the implementation of the Evidence Strategy Projects across the GBUs


Process engagement and excellence

·  Coordinates and works closely with cross-functional teams to execute projects
·  Ensures that action plans are clearly defined and managed to successful completion
·  Collaborates and communicates with key functions to ensure successful implementation of Projects (e.g., R&D, Medical, Market Access, Commercial)
·  Establishes appropriate engagement from cross-functional teams; tests new ideas and approaches for continuous improvement
·  Interacts with support teams to make sure the appropriate resources and material are in place to optimize execution : educational material, communication & engagement plan, development of an IT solution

Required Education and Experience

·  MD, PHD or MBA
·  Strong English written and verbal communication skills
·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
·  3-5 years of relevant industry experience; Medical background strongly preferred; Experience in Strategic Planning / Consulting a very strong plus
·  Strong skills in understanding data and evidence generation approaches
·  Significant experience, and proven ability to effectively engage with the organization & manage projects within a dispersed and highly matrixed organization; leadership of cross-functional teams
·  Strong track record in change management and implementation of new processes
·  Excellence in leading and managing cross-functional projects with significant business impact.
·  Strong skills in project management
·  Ability to influence without authority, strong networking skills and ability to engage with cross functional partners
·  Action orientated: make things happen
