Engineering Validation Technician

Main Requirements:

·  Graduate in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Chemistry & Pharmaceutical Technologies to fill the role of Validation Assurance Support within the identified area of application
·  The candidate must be able to work in team and have a good technical background, together with coordination abilities, communication skills and strong flexibilities, with a good knowledge of English
·  To work in close cooperation with experienced Validation Assurance Team to support them in all aspect of Qualification of Pharma Equipment/Systems

Main tasks:

·  Support Validation Assurance Experts in managing Pharma Projects on
·  New Equipment and SCADA/Control System
·  Utilities (Pure Fluids & HVAC) Upgrade and Enlargement
·  Existing manufacturing workshop refurbishment and improvement
·  Perform quality assurance activities related to Process Units of Pharmaceutical / Bio-Pharma Industry developing Validation Plan, Design Qualification, Traceability Matrix and Risk Assessment documents and reports.
·  Capability to review the IQ/OQ/PQ/CV validation protocols, the executed IQ/OQ/PQ/CV validation protocols and IQ/OQ/PQ/CV reports related equipment, SCADA systems  & utilities in order to assure the compliance versus international GMP regulations and Technical Specification/URS.
·  Capability to manage the deviations.
·  Capability to perform validation assurance activities, interfacing with other site figures as Validation Group, Production, Maintenance, Quality Control and Engineering departments and external suppliers.
