Job description

Purpose of Role 

This position report to Head of SBS EE – China Region. Main responsibility is to support Head of SBS EE – China Region in aligning, establishing, engaging and deploying the SBS EE initiatives, transformation, transitions, and deployment of programs, with the country stakeholders.  Mainly support for the digital, data analysis, and automation related topics, help for the relevant projects landing successfully in country level. And proactively collect local stakeholder feedback, to continuously improve the service provided by SBS EE team.

Priorities

Transition & Transformation:

·  Ensuring smooth transition of data team in the country level, help KL hub well establish the key working module and continuously improve the service of data related area.
·  Proactive support in aligning deployment Global core model and closely connect with lobal country initiatives and liaise with stakeholder to get input and aligned.

Operation & Business Partnering:

·  Provide local dashboard and local related data analysis request which is out of SBS operation module and need ad-hoc support;
·  Develop strong relationship with his/her stakeholders at Regional and Countries levels especially for the topics regarding to data & analysis, org change etc. Interpreter to the SBS action process and work with KL hub to provide solution together.
·  Liaise with the SBS EE KL Platform to solve operations issues/pain points related with SBS EE processes for Org & Data.

Project Initiatives:

·  Support China digital strategy for data related initiatives;
·  Collaborate with local HR team, and cross function to ensure smooth HR initiatives implementation, like WD enhancement, Data Clean up Campine, Auto reporting etc.
·  Coordinate efforts of change and communications with both China and KL team, when applicable
