What kind of responsibilities will you have?

·  Organize the commercial data leveraging internal and external data sources, increase quality and trustworthiness of refined data, publish data sets in a proper format that can be easily analyzed by business stakeholders
·  Act as the owner of the commercial data (Sales & Performance, CRM, Digital, Customer & Product Master, Events, Permission, etc.)
·  Participate in data modeling and data architecture design activities in collaboration with ITS
·  Support data governance activities including data dictionary, enterprise data architecture, data stewardship, data hygiene, data standardization, and data democratization. Conduct data quality analyses on various data sources and report back to data stewards
·  Identify data and reporting needs of business users and functional units, translate those business needs into business requirements, create mock-ups for the reports and analytics dashboards
·  Support Data Integration model by providing timely and accurate synchronization of key data between different core systems and data warehouses in collaboration with ITS
·  Respond to ad-hoc data requests by consolidating necessary data sets

Who is eligible?

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
·  3+ years of data-related experience in pharma, life sciences, OTC, or related sectors
·  Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills
·  Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik Sense, Microsoft Power BI, etc.)
·  Experience with coding in one or more programming languages preferably Python
·  Strong SQL knowledge with experience of querying large relational databases as well as working familiarity with a variety of other databases/date-sources
·  Experience in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, data architectures, and data sets
·  Fluency in verbal and written English
