What you can contribute?

RESPONS IBILITIES

Sanofi Innovation Hub is a rapidly growing team driving key digital transformation initiatives through incubation and acceleration leveraging unique roles in the organization such as UX-UI managers, digital product owners, scrum masters/agile coach, and external innovation leads. As a key member of this team, the commercial lead advises project owners on how to bring more impact to the organization through reduced costs and increased revenues, identifies commercialization opportunities and build the commercial plan of incubation projects.

In this role, the commercial lead will:

·  Support project teams in building their business plan, identifying and calculating business impact, defining key hypothesis and KPIS to track, and building their selling story
·  Support incubation projects in building the commercialization plan: how to sell the solution, price it, at what cost etc.
·  Communicate effectively the vision, strategy, key messages of the projects with internal stakeholders
·  Collaborate with delivery teams to develop and implement KPIs and business impact monitoring plans

What you should have?​

QUALIFICATIONS

Language skil ls:

·  English/Mandarin: fluent both in verbal and in written

Experience & competencies:

·  Business School graduate, MBA preferred
·  Strong analytical skills, able to interpret a wide range of information and use findings to make proposals
·  Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking and very good listening skills
·  Problem-solving skills, able to think creatively
·  Interpersonal skills, experience navigating complex organization and working with cross-functional teams
·  3-5yrs working experience in consulting firm, innovation center, or new product launch planning (MNC or startup). Experience in business development
·  Healthcare industry experience a plus
·  Highly energetic and passionate individual who inspires teammates to reach maximum potential
·  Digital/Tech savvy
