This is a General Medicines Business Unit, Cross BU Support, MCE & Analytics, Customer Insight Analyst position.

[Responsibilities/ 職務内容]

Provide customer insights, interpretation through better integration of data & analytics

・to analyze customer behavior to better understand their perception & insights
・to pinpoint issues through measuring performance of products and sales activities for Marketing and Sales and to enhance identifying business opportunities,
・to facilitate/expedite decision-making to maximize the potential of Sanofi brands and portfolio

◆Experiences ・ Skills / 経験・スキル

・Strong passion for Customer insights in a Digital Marketing, Digital health and innovation context
・Ability to analyze data, interpret and communicate clear, actionable recommendations
・Excellent communication and presentation skills, and business level of reading/writing, basic level of speaking in English
・Proven ability to perform effectively in a complex, changing environment, and the professional maturity to deal with ambiguity and drive change
・Creative, entrepreneurial attitude with evidence of ability to execute and measure highly innovative customer focused digital projects fast and to a high standard
・Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, evolving Global healthcare environment and emerging digital health movement

・5 years of experience in commercial roles, 3-5 years in customer insight/data experience
・Has demonstrated ability to manage complex technology based solutions with multiple vendors and internal stakeholders across a diverse geography. Experience in closed loop marketing, CRM systems, analytics and mobile applications desirable
