Job overview

The role will focus in accelerating key accounts/customers in scaling eb2b and B2C Retails working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing Teams, identifying and applying the most adequate actions based on the retailer maturity, level of relationship and local market context. The core growth actions will consist in scaling up and unleashing growth via sustained Activation fueled by performance data, agile interaction to drive higher shopper conversion ate the pace of ecommerce fast, real time. Overall eCommerce marketing goals will be aligned with business goals of each category and market.

Responsibilities

I. Responsible for driving, enabling Sales eCommerce delivery, by developing a sustainable strategy across platforms for Sanofi Pharma and Medley portfolios, delivering our ambition.

II. Scale up EB2B and EB2C platform and drive incremental opportunities to accelerate sales growth.

III. Identify opportunities to innovate and drive first competitive advantage for Sanofi and that will create value to consumers and customer, achieving operational excellence vs goals and seeking to take Sanofi to global first-class benchmarks in Pharma sector.

IV. Lead/project manage cross-functional teams to manage the implementation, test results, and course correct in a dynamic market by implementing unique models across Markets /Customers/ to drive rapid expansion and gain first mover advantage that will achieve Company's growth.

V. To Activate sustained with operational excellence and full speed, to unlock growth of the platforms.

VI. Define and drive way of working every day, engaging cross functions, to achieve the start up like agility needed for ecommerce and the core Sanofi marketing/sales processes.

VII. Be open to engage with new partners and adopt new practices future ready eCommerce Capability specifically in Insights, Digital and Content, Data Analytics. Embedding these new practices as the new way of working every day.

VIII. Define optimal e-commercial strategy aligning with higher Leadership and Categories Heads: assortment, pricing, trade rules, content and design the Activation calendar along these guidelines.

IX. Set ambitious and clear targets for the entire program developed, ensuring clear traceability and visibility for stakeholders.

X. Be a role model of entrepreneurial mindset and agile ways of working , be an engaging & empathetic employee that bring others along and a powerful ecommerce shaper in the marketing & sales agenda: influence to redirect digital media to commerce, develop powerful content and experiences that will generate value to both customers and consumers, redirects trade marketing and sales resources to ecommerce to accelerate the channel's growth and profitability.

XI. Strong PMO abilities to coordinate multiple streams and execution as per plan, management of stakeholders and strong tracking and assessment of opportunities to maximize ROI.

XII. Be a strong partner with Digital Acceleration and ITS teams.

XIII. Contribute to detect emerging opportunities and needs in the market.

XIV. Strong support the proof of concept execution and beta delivery and providing comprehensive.

XV. Open to experiment and adopt leading edge platforms, tools and collaborate with new types of partners.

XVI. Engage and own the transition of models.

Requirements & Qualifications

·  Bachelor's degree required. Post Graduate or MBA studies preferred.
·  Advanced English.
·  Spanish is a differential.
·  Minimum of 5 years overall work knowledge with a proven track record of outstanding performance.
·  Minimum of 4 years work knowledge in eCommerce and/or digital marketing with performance leading the development and execution.
·  Knowledge with retail e-Commerce companies /eb2b and b2c.
·  Commercial knowledge valued: e.g sales / partnerships development.
·  Knowledge working with cross-functional teams.
