Job description


·  1. Sales Targets preparations by Brand by SKU by City by Outlet and by AKAM
2. Sales Targets updates on daily basis and reporting to Exec. Manager TM
3. Liaison with KAM and AKAMs for stocks arrangement/requirement and forecasts for Key Accounts
4. Liaison with Supply Chain and Distributors for timely stocks arrangement of Key Accounts
5. Assessing and reporting brand wise SKU wise seasonal and non seasonal trends and run rates, numerics / weighted distribution and non active outlets from internal data and IMS data - reporting of such trends
6. Develop and share dashboards for Regional Reporting purposes
7. Analysing and assessing weaker Key Accounts and Markets, reasons and possible interventions needed, communication to Perfect Stores Manager and AKAMs for possible action
8. Assess and report impact of Trade Marketing Interventions on Sell Out and Sell In
9. Raise ECAFs, EHATs, EBUYS; manage dispatches of POSM and other Trade Marketing related Material
10. Incorporating Seasonal Discounts/ Perfect Stores Discounts and Key Accounts Discounts in the system and follow up/liaison with relevant stake holders in Finance, Supply Chain and T&R
