Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

Bulk Vaccines Knowledge Coordinator - VIE Contract (W/M)

JOB PURPOSE

Within the organization of Sanofi Pasteur in Manufacturing Technology department, the V.I.E will join the team of the site in order to maintain and develop industrial performance and business sustainability through a cross-functional approach within Industrial Affairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Defining priorities related to the industrial sites needs (based on operational or tactical stakes)
·  Conducting initiatives in collaboration with site experts
·  Formalizing documents using industrial methods
·  Communicating and disseminating knowledge through existing tools and transversal networks across sites and departments

REQUIREMENTS

·  Master's degree in pharmacy or other life science discipline such as Biology, Medicine, Chemistry
·  2 years of experience in a position requiring the use of industrial methods / lean manufacturing / project management / continuous improvement
·  Experience in cross-functional collaboration
·  Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio)
·  Proactive, good communication skills
·  Analytical thinking and being autonomous
·  Fluent English (C2) - Written and oral
·  International experience would be a plus
·  Swiftwater and Toronto sites knowledge would be a plus
·  Lean six sigma yellow belt or green belt would be a plus
