Assistant Manager- Plant Supply Chain

Job description

·  To create FG manufacturing schedule for P2P products sourced & organized PR/PO for the same month on month.
·  Monitoring of dispatches from P2P sites as per the purchase orders forwarded to the P2P sites and maintaining supply as per SLA agreed.
·  Master data creation and new GMID/LMID creation for EM-INDIA portfolio.
·  Provide support for introduction of new products from the Ext Mfg Sites in terms of timely deliveries.
·  Providing weekly update to HOD on schedule vs releases plan status and update on any delays in supply with action plan.
·  Plan CMO site visits as per the business requirements & prepare the visit reports immediately & share with HOD and CMO.
·  Providing fortnightly update to global team on shipment status and update on supply status.
·  Manage all export flows through Singapore pivot by leveraging with affiliates and global team involved.
·  To co-ordinate with Quality counterpart for Quality matters & ensure on smooth supplies from CMO's,escalate matter pertaining to cross functional topics affecting supplies.
·  Manage supply chain related activities for export flows
·  Provide support to HOD and IA controlling for the Budgetary processes.
·  Work on COGM's projects for P2P Products and Export / Domestic Flows to help business
·  Monitor CMO compliance in adherence to OTIF
·  Organize & attend Monthly planning meeting /TC with CMO's and also ensure on business needs.
·  Monitoring the MRP revisions and art work changes implementation in time across all P2P CMO's under my perimeter.
·  Monitoring of alerts in market for low stocks and OOS situation and determine action plan in advance to avoid OOS.
·  Inventory control and SLA management as per GD and as per signed agreed SLA with local MSC.
·  Ensure on timely completion of any other assignments and/or Projects assigned by HOD or Head-EM INDIA
