Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE since the VIE Program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

MISSION:
Support to the Generics business of Zentiva , in particular prepare clear statements on the patent situation and detailed risk analysis for developed drugs; support and defend the interests of the business and the Generics strategy.
Principal tasks :
- Freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis for drugs of interest
- Perform risk analysis for drugs of interest
- Deliver support to affiliates in collaboration with patent professionals and/or patent attorneys
- Update our internal data bases (e.g. gRIS) with patent information
- Follow-up of patent litigations (infringement action, etc) in collaboration with patent attorneys
- Review and screen (API, process, formulation) external files as a basis for opportunities
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
Training / Education:
Scientific diploma (degree, engineer) in organic chemistry, biology or pharmacist
C.E.I.P.I. (Patent Litigation in Europe) Diploma
Languages (reading, writing, speaking skill):
English fluent
French advantageous
