Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE since the VIE Program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. Only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

Job description /Key Accountability:
BUSINESS STRATEGY AND PLANNING (60%)
- Provide best-in-class services for planning, implementing and supporting incentive compensation and sales operations management processes and tools
- Work with Sales team on devising sales strategies aimed at improving sales productivity focused on sales reporting, forecasting, quota management
- Develop and execute strategies for accelerated partner/customer growth, retention and profitability. Optimize market penetration using data analytics.
- Own development of customer reporting packages and customer analytic opportunities that can improve our value to strategic customers and provide insights on how they can accelerate growth.
- Provide support to opportunities’ evaluation (commercial, strategic) through business cases.
- Develop reporting capabilities that provide insights to commercial leaders, sales reps, and customers.
MULTI-CHANNEL COMMUNICATION STRATEGY (40%)
- Create and upload materials for the organization's website.
- Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns.
- Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
- Research new Online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.
- Communicate with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners.
- Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns;
- Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement.
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
Skills/experience:
- Knowledgeable in pharmaceutical marketing strategies (previous experience in pharmaceutical sales field can be an advantage)
- Very good analytical & technical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Planning and organizing abilities, concern for quality and details
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team, respecting the needs of those involved
- Integrity, tenacity, resistance and adaptability to complex situations and to a rapidly changing environment
- High level of self-motivation and sense of individual responsibility
Education:
- University degree in Marketing (pharmaceutical/ SFE experience is an advantage)
Languages:
- Romanian : Full proficiency mandatory
- English advanced level
