iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Marketing and Operations Manager
- VIE Contract (W/M)
The VIE will be responsible for special projects management for the Global Dupixent team with a focus to support the commercial launch of Dupixent across JAPAC (Japan Asia Pacific) and Canada in indications including Dermatology and Respiratory. Dupixent is a unique asset – a pipeline in a product and considered one of the most exciting launches in the pharma industry currently.
The job will be dedicated to independently managing a wide range of projects in collaboration with stakeholders based in the US and Globally and the opportunity to work on high profile launches across different markets VIE will be provided strong on the job training and coaching and the opportunity to work on key high-impact projects.
Responsibilities:
- Working with internal stake holders at the region and country organization to ensure marketing and commercial strategies are executed
- Developing materials for marketing training for countries
- Championing digital marketing channel to expand reach of our marketing content
- Scheduling and managing cross-functional team meeting, capturing minutes and deliverables follow up
- Creating project plans and keeping track of the deliverables
- Being the key point of contact and lead for launch readiness and launch performance reviews with JPAC/Canada markets
- Providing tools to the team to help them improve their work
- Tracking launch timelines in countries
Requirements:
- Master Business degree with a focus on Marketing or biotechnology/pharma
- 2-3 years of prior experience in marketing, project management excellence
- Direct experience with project planning, meeting organization, and project tracking
- Global Experience working with multi-cultural/multi-national teams would be a plus
- Organized, detail and goal, oriented, multi-tasking, proactive, adaptable, communicative, self-sufficient, interested in the pharma industry, proficient in MS Office Suite
- Comfort working in remote teams and communicating via email/Skype/video is essential
- Ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments where priorities and deadlines may change unexpectedly
- Team player while able to manage workloads and tasks with relative independence at times
- Fluent English, Japanese would be a big plus
