Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Marketing Analyst
- VIE Cotract (W/M)
Job Details:
To facilitate and carry out appropriate commercial analysis, including forecasting and portfolio optimisation maximising the performance across all channels, assisting with marketing activity and MCE (Multi channel engagement) reporting.
Priorities:
Business planning
- Participation in the development and validation of long range planning and forecasting models for budget and production needs of the portfolio to ensure accuracy
- Support preparation of business planning processes as well as Budget & LRP (Long Range Plan)
- Identify, develop and implement business opportunities to create growth for the portfolio
- Develop reporting framework and review monthly sales/growth versus forecast and market
- Monitor market conditions/changes and adjust product pricing in order to achieve optimal profitability
- Develop and review monthly sales/growth versus forecast and market
- Undertake reporting functions to monitor portfolio performance
- Day to day support in portfolio management e.g. product enquiries, supply, pricing and marketing support
Market Analysis
- Analyse product performance with reference to internal sales and marketing activities plus industry factors
- Ensure all relevant secondary data for product portfolio is researched and optimally utilised, and recommend appropriate actions for efficiency gains
- Assist and support the business teams in various planning cycles by providing information relevant to the budget process
- Regularly discuss and review proposals/strategies with Head of Marketing and Business Unit Head
- Monitor and evaluate proposed legislation changes, recommend strategy augmentation aligned to proposed changes
- Monitor and analyse product performance with reference to internal sales, marketing activities, as well as industry and market factors, and provide direction to the marketing team on progress and/or recommend necessary changes
- Completion of ad-hoc reporting and analysis, including support of MCE (Multi channel engagement) activities.
Candidate:
- Business School with a Marketing Major; alternatively a science/pharmacy degree
- 1-2 years of experience as business analyst or product management experience in the Pharmaceutical industry ideally
- Strong/Advanced analytical skills
- Good Excel skills
- Fluent English
