Mission:
CEE is 17 countries area, with large product portfolio and complex supply and commercial operations flows (public and private markets, repackaging operations, etc.).
The primary purpose of the position is to support CEE Demand end Market Operations activities by:
- Leading demand planning activities and providing supply information to Greece, Cyprus and Hungary (local planner role). Preparation of tender offers for Greece, Cyprus and Hungary.
- Leading Budapest platform vaccines operations
- stock replenishment, repack operations prioritisation, coordination of ad-hoc repackaging operations
- Provide support to activities and projects at CEE level
- Flu demand collection and campaign follow-up at CEE level
TASKS:
- Demand planning for Greece, Cyprus and Hungary: 40%
- Platform operations: 30%
- CEE activities and projects: 20%
- Flu demand collection and follow-up: 10 %
PROFILE:
Experience: International experience desired
Demand planning, international sales, logistics
Professional skills / attitude and behaviour requested:
- Understanding of Business Unit operations environment and priorities
- Ability to prioritize activities and requests
- Ability to deal with tight timelines and handle significant time constraints
- Ability to analyse and synthesize big amounts of numeric data (demand volumes, allocations)
- Ability to work in multicultural environment
- Organizational skills
FULL PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH IS MANDATORY.
