iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Business Analyst
- VIE Contract (W/M)
This position is responsible for performing a variety of simple and complex tasks under general guidance and in accordance with site and Global requirements. VIE will be responsible for developing, utilizing and continuous improvement of portfolio and project management tools as well as for synthesis of information for presentation of reports and recommendations to resolve constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Site Portfolio and Project Management Office (PPMO)
- In collaboration with department leadership design, process map and deploy PPMO project tools
- Manage the departments SharePoint site, providing and executing enhancements
- Prepare presentations, reports and training material
- Organize meetings, minutes, financial data and project summaries
- Collect, synthesize and analyze data and present analysis in clear, concise manner, using dashboards
- Maintain and utilize the PPMO organizational assets (project portfolio list, database with project details including cost and Full-time equivalents (FTEs), project management templates, process flows, etc.)
- Align with site risk register, financial budget targets and ongoing cost controls
Requirements:
Education:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business or other related field
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of previous industry experience in a similar position
IT skills:
- Proficient in use of MS Office 2010, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint
Languages:
- Fluent English

- Attention to detail and analytical skills (data analysis, synthesis and performance reporting)
