Job Description
• Ensure the delivery of the marketers training strategy and associated training programs.
• Ensures that all Field force training meets the needs of the business.
• Creates acceptance within the CPO of the value of Marketing training in supporting business results.
• Provides advice on training strategy and methodology to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Team.
• Leads the development of new Marketing training methodologies within the CPO.
• Ensures that all Field force training programs deliver the planned learning and business benefits.
• Liaises with other Heads of Marketing Training in support of achieving higher standards of training across the Region.
• Identifies good learning practice outside of the CPO and applies to internal Marketing training programs.
• Leads, coaches and develops the Marketing trainers within the CPO.
• Coaches the Group Product Manager, Product Manager, Product Executive and Hybrids.
• Lead strategy development by providing strategic thinking, leadership and guidance cross-functionally
• Direct and manage collaboration with Marketing & other functions in Pharma to develop the strategic plan to increase Marketing effectiveness and productivity
• Ensure the sharing and adoption of Best Demonstrated Practices
• Provide innovative and effective input into identifying Marketing activities and process improvements

Desired profile
Minimum requirements
• Bachelor/ Master degree in medical, pharmacy or MBA
• Fluency in English reading, writing and spoken
• Must have a proven operational experience in marketing management (preferably in pharma) or marketing training related role in FMCG or MNC pharmaceutical.
• Marketing experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• An ability to influence or inspire marketer team to buy-in new concept and behavior change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting business relationships
• Good ability of business analysis and training skills
• Good skill in operating Microsoft office(Excel, PPT, etc)
