Job Purpose: Provide design, operational and maintenance skills for process control systems and connected field devices; design, code and implement programs; write validation IQ/OQ/PQ protocols; and provide control systems support for the modifications, troubleshooting, and improvement of systems.

Job Accountabilities:
Develop / Design / Implement / Validate control systems for new and existing production equipment and their interface devices (i.e. PLC, PC, User Interface, and embedded controls, etc.) and the interface of Information Systems (Network, Server) with Manufacturing Systems (PLC, PC, Data Collection Systems)). Provide technical support for manufacturing systems to Maintenance and other Departments. Use analytical skills and field experience to assure that equipment and/or process systems have been installed and are operating according to corporate specifications and are in compliance with published FDA guidelines. Use CASE (Computer Aided Software Engineering) to design and document system controls. Develop machine specifications for both internally and externally designed systems / software. Coordinate the activities of internal and external vendors to successfully develop interfaces and controls. Write / Perform PVS, IQ, OQ, and PQ for hardware and/or software of manufacturing systems. Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering field or equivalent engineering-level experience. Proficiency in written and verbal English. 2+ years directly related Control Systems experience. 5+ years of Control Systems experience preferred. Collaborative and detail-oriented approach preferred.
