Receive upwards of 50-60 inbound calls per day from Consumers for United States and place orders in order-entry system and answer inquiries, and exchange information to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested. Have all essential knowledge of products and services offered and provide best-in-class timely and qualitative service on every call, while managing self-attendance and schedule adherence.

Support the Sales and Marketing by capturing and managing consumer inquires for rebates, coupons and products. Have all essential knowledge of products and services offered and provide best-in-class timely and qualitative service on every call using good-listening skills and recognizing and managing assertive calls.

High School diploma or equivalent English No prior experience required

Preferred:

Frontline consumer experience- dealing directly with the consumer on a daily basis

Strong communications skills

Strong listening and multi tasking

Any experience with Sales Force is a plus

Answering a lot of email's - need to be comfortable with outlook
