Field Force training management • Provide Rep’s PFS training plan, implement, keep a record in Area • Support and check GCR DSM’s training plan and record in Area • Retain AD/ASM training record • Organize On-Boarding Training, Coordinate with HR, Medical and Brand training • Support Other Training, such as HR \BPC\Sailing Training\Project Sales Capabilities • Coaching Reps and give feedback to relative line manager and make a record. Feedback to AD and design appropriate training course in the cycle meeting to improve selling skill • Coaching Star Rep, find out Star’s special virtue, summary the advantage then send to everyone in Area to motivate all the Rep Cycle meetings coordination: • Work with AD to define cycle meetings content and ensure adequate material is put in place • Organize the best practice sharing in cycle meeting and Knowledge test • Design the appropriate training course in the cycle meeting to improve • selling skill such as Probe/Closing, special for weakness through on coaching • Coordinating GCR’s training such as BPC RDPAC Test and Medical Representative Certification • Ensure percentage of pass the exam in half a year in FF • Support GCPO the Medical Rep Certification twice a year Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant.

Graduated from University or upwards Major in medical and pharmacy or correlated science Sales mgt (3+ years) with proven good performance Training experience as a strong plus Mandarin and working English skills
