- Analysis to support business and provide customized insights to support key stakeholders to make decision. - Drive sales force effective through sales force sizing, deployment, territory alignment target setting etc. - Propose sales force effective initiatives to support brand strategies to ensure sales force effective operation process efficiency and consistency across BU and brand teams - Support CRM customer validation, segmentation, call strategy and drive for activity KPI management - Enhance collaboration with other enabling functions and deeply engaged key stake holders to support business operation effectiveness and strategy

Minimum requirements
- Engineering or medical/biotechnology background - rich analytic and communication experience Fluency of English, both written and oral • 1- 2 years experiences in relevant functions, experience in MNC is highly preferred • Good communication skills (upwards & side wards) and multi-tasks ability • Self-motivated, team player with good learning agility
