Job Description
• Responsible for selling of Vision Care products to IO stores • Achieve the assigned sales budgets through implementation of the promotion and service programs • Sales call planning and perform regular field visits with customers to achieve objectives on sales, distribution and merchandising at store level • To feedback market intelligence like competitor activities, new products launch, retail price and sales related information • Prepare sales report and sales forecast by customer level monthly • Support actively in new product launch and enlisting activities • To assist DSM/IO Trade Manager to prepare monthly sales monitoring activities to management • Comply with Corporate / local guidelines, internal procedures, local law and regulations. • Report complaint or adverse event within 24 hours of initial complaint awareness.

Minimum requirements
• Minimum:University Graduated • Preferred:University Graduated in Business Admin or Marketing • Good written and spoken knowledge of English • Minimum:5-8 years sales experience • Preferred: Over 3 years experience in field sales in MNC • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Others:Strong leadership and negotiation skill, Result Oriented
