Come to an industry leader where you will have the opportunity to operate line/equipment to package products, in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., cGMP, GDP, SOPs).

Major Accountabilities:

Safety/Housekeeping: Keep work areas clean and free of hazards or dangerous conditions. Perform duties in accordance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Participate in site safety programs, identify and report safety hazards or unsafe behavior

Planning: Plan work activities in accordance with production schedule, and shifting priorities. Ensure that materials needed for production runs are available.

Technical: Operate equipment to package products, in accordance with standards and procedures (cGMP, SOPs, etc.). Strictly adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Current Good Documentation Practices (cGDP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Resolve and/or report all discrepancies immediately. Set up line/equipment for daily operation according to SOPs for assigned work area, including sanitization of contact surface. Replenish materials on equipment (e.g., rolls of seals on banders, labels, ink, glue). Inspect/test products to ensure quality standards met (no defects, correct coding, correct expiration dates, correct language). Remove off-specification products from line and segregate or dispose of in accordance with SOPs. Verify codes on shippers and palletize and attach proper skid tags. Complete required documentation (MBRs, SOPs, log books, etc.) in accordance with cGMP and cGDP

Team: Collaborate with co-workers to meet business objectives and enhance team capability Share knowledge and experience with co-workers to develop team’s overall capability. Interfaces: Coordinate with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth execution of work. Communicate and work with Quality Assurance on product quality issues and compliance activities. Communicate and work with Maintenance to resolve problems with equipment. Communicate and work with Materials Control to ensure efficient flow of materials and products to/from warehouse.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Position will be filled at level commensurate with experience.

High school diploma, or equivalent (e.g., GED) preferred.
Must be fluent in English.
1 year of relevant experience preferred.
