The Procure to Pay Reporting & Systems Specialist supports the Service Delivery Manager Reporting & Systems R2P and the team in driving and enabling the execution of quality services for Novartis Group of entities by providing technical and expert guidance, defining standard processes in alignment with the Global team and in delivering system solutions to support the agreed upon standard processes. This role has the Subject Matter Expert role and oversight of end-to-end R2P processes and system solutions, ensuring that systems, documentation, compliance and reporting are in place.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Performance Management and Service Delivery
• Supports definition of process standards within R2P in collaboration with Global team, agreeing and documenting exceptions
• Supports alignment of R2P processes and systems with customer needs through collaboration with local, divisional and global stakeholders from various functions (Finance, BPA, Sourcing, IT) to ensure buy-in from all involved parties. Manages Transition and responsible for knowledge transfer, critical deliverables.
• Operational oversight to provide services at expected levels with a clear customer focus including handling the exceptions.
• Act as System Key User Lead and actively initiate and participate in improvements to sustain a highly effective and efficient process, and realize cost reduction opportunities including areas to standardize processes to optimize investments made in global ERP/SAP systems and financial services

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• The ideal candidate will have:
• High School /Bachelor degree (college courses in accounting preferred)
• English /Other EU language (written and spoken)
• 2-4 years of Financial experience, with in-depth functional expertise
• SAP experience, MM-PUR, FI-CO, AP, SRM, VIM,SIM, Workflow, Business Warehouse, Business Intelligence system knowledge
• Experience of managing projects driving performance (e.g. ERP implementation)
• Microsoft Excel - high-intermediate/advanced Excel skillset
