As member of the Marketing and Sales Administration Team work closely together and support the work of the Brand Marketing and Sales teams in all Business Franchises. In addition, act as a Medical Team NIS (Non Interventional Studies) Assistant and provide administrative support to the Country Compliance Head.
Ensure that all Business Franchises receive the necessary administrative support to their sales and marketing activities in time and in the best quality.
Fulfil and follow-up all assigned administration tasks from end to end.
Compile NIS files (both office and site files) according to Local Study Head, Medical Advisors and NIS monitors instruction.
Prepare forms and contracts needed for NIS according to instructions of the Local Study Head, Medical advisors and NIS monitors.
Register, track, file the documentation of the NIS and make reports. Follow-up the NIS related timelines; regularly update CLINADMIN and other NIS related tracking tools.
Track and calculate the investigator/ hospital payments, follow them up and check against the patient visits.
Participate on Compliance Committee meetings; prepare minutes, notes, reports and presentations in accordance with the Compliance Head instructions.
Grant follow-up and administration based on the approved NP4 (mange contracts and issue Purchase Orders).
Continuous communication with other departments, ensure smooth information flow.
Act as a backup of other assistants if necessary.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

Background:
University / College degree
Strong English, Fluent Hungarian both verbal and written
Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles
Advanced Excel skills
