Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Logistic Coordinator is to assure excellent delivery service at optimal costs for one business unit within the company, to lead and coordinate projects to optimize the logistic flow, warehouse and carrier performance, launches of new products

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Franchise local S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning)
• Collect input from marketing and sales, and provide with a 24 rolling forecasts to the region
• Calculate and prepare forecasts
• Create new material in SAP
• Maintain SAP material master
• Ensure Builds of Materials are up-to-date
• Daily and monthly follow up on orders in SAP
• Ensure smooth transfer of orders to warehouse
• Follow-up on orders not transferred or delivered, often in collaboration with Customer Service
• Primary contact for third party carriers
• Actions needed to ensure high service level for the business
• Ensuring material and product availability
• Procurement of packaging material
• Optimization projects (costs, operational performance, processes)
• Prepare and conduct internal audits working in collaboration with the QA department
• Act as the main backup for the other franchise

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

An ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor/Master degree preferably in Logistic/Supply Chain
• English is a must and other language will be a plus
• Min. 2 years in relevant position either in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or other logistics area
• Significant SAP knowledge in the area of logistics
• Work experience in an international company is a plus
• Team spirit, customer orientation, good communicator
