We are at an exciting time in our HR Services journey to build Global HR Services Centers. This role is responsible to manage a variety of tasks to ultimately support the design and effective build of an HR Shared Services Organization for region Americas.
•Support global, regional and local stakeholders in achieving deliverables within the given project scope with primary focus on Transition Management
•Co-lead planning for regional implementation
•Coordinate activities necessary to accomplish the expected outcomes
•Track project progress on an ongoing basis and take action where goals/ deadlines/ budgets are not being met
•Manage stakeholders to ensure a successful and smooth project implementation
•Lead project progress meetings/calls with regional work stream leads
•Lead project progress meetings/calls with countries in scope
•Work with NGSC & LSCs beyond transition go-live on CI initiatives, remainders, new services, lessons learnt, etc.
•Support to evolve and increase maturity level for service delivery across region

Desired profile
Minimum requirements
•Bachelor/Master degree in Project Management, HR/other related field preferred
•English, Spanish and Portuguese (as a plus) spoken and written
•Min. 3/5 years of experience in project management related activities and/or process transformation activities
•Experience in a shared services organization preferred
•Good understanding of HR processes, tools and systems
