Job Summary:

Job purpose:

To achieve targeted sales and maximise market share growth for a specialty product in the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve territory year end targets both cash and market share for promoted products
• Achieve quarterly cover and frequency targets behind Tier 1 KOL’s
• Develop and implement territory business plan to optimise potential within KOL population in Key Accounts
• Maintain and update customer information and complete call reporting data within specified timelines on ETMS
• To inform HCP’s of the safety profile of the drugs and to collect and forward safety information received from HCP’s in the course of promotional activities
• Propose promotional actions to increase market share and customer service
• Provide key and detailed information to target audiences
• Provide and maintain updated competitive information ( e.g. market tactics and activities, collection of competitor materials) provide comprehensive marketing information to the next level manager in a consistent and timely manner
• Co-ordinate visit cycles with co-detailing representative colleagues to maximise doctor coverage and impact
• Analyse territory product performance and market data on brick-level on an on-going basis and propose action plan to the next level manager
• Comply with IPHA Code of Practice and Novartis Code of Conduct (NP4) and all internal SOP’s relating to Medical Representative activities including Samples Distribution Procedure and Complaint handling
• Ensure HCPs of the safety profile of products and to collect and forward safety information received from HCPs in the course of their promotional activities to DSE.
• Ensure adequate preparation and follow-up of specific training modules (medical, product, competitor product, selling-skills, ETMS)
