Area of Responsibility
• You will be responsible for the central management of GMP audits at suppliers & contractors and self-inspections according to the applicable GxP and Novartis requirements for all sites at locations Kundl / Schaftenau
• You will be responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of GMP audits at suppliers & contractors for all sites at locations Kundl / Schaftenau
• You will be responsible for the close cooperation with the corporate Audit Planning
• You will be responsible for the systematic tracking and reporting of audit performance (e.g., audits reports, CAPA plans, CAPAs)
• You will be responsible for the coordination, planning, and execution of self-inspections for all business units and areas at the Kundl / Schaftenau location (x) Management of the system for qualification / certification of GMP auditors in Kundl / Schaftenau
• You will be responsible for the collaboration with local purchasing, commercial and global functions (e.g., supporting global initiatives)
• You will prepare and approve GMP Documents
• You will escalate critical incidents according to the escalation process (x) Completion of all relevant (GMP) trainings
• You will concrete and complete completion of the activity
• You will be responsible for the On-time delivery
• You will be responsible for the Quality KPIs for auditing

Qualification
Natural sciences or technical degree, or an adequate education with work experience German business fluent English business fluent Work experience in a GMP regulated environment in the pharmaceutical industry (ideally in Quality or Production)
