Providing assistant support to the CPO Head and Leadership teams. Supporting with projects as assigned by CPO Head or Leadership team.
•Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the CPO Head. •Manages and organises administration work for CPO Head, organises meetings and cal-endar of CPO Head. •Participates in Leadership team meetings and supports with agenda, pre-reads, and minutes, as well takes ownership of meeting arrangements. •Arranges travel schedules, flight and hotel reservations CPO Head and Leadership teams. •Coordinates internal communication together with CPO head. •Supports CPO with ad hoc requests and tasks as needed. •Supports with projects as assigned by CPO Head and/or Leadership team. •Forward to the respective QARP a product complaint in case of receiving it. •Report an adverse event to the responsible person within the organization in case of re-ceiving it according to SOP. •Work within Ethics and Compliance policies and ensure those around him/her do the same. •Work to ensure a diverse and inclusive environment free from all forms of discrimination and harassment. •Contribute to the brand Risk Management Plan according to needs.

Desired profile
Minimum requirements
University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business administration, Law) English, fluent – written and spoken, fluency in Latvian language, other Baltic languages or Russian is an advantage. Experience in an international working environment, preferably in Executive assistant position. A positive, proactive, attentive to details, highly organized, with great communication and collaboration skills.
