Achievement of Sales & Market Share Target

•Ensure that sales targets are achieved through effective & efficient promotion of ethical products to physicians of different specialties.
•Provide product presentations & detailed information to clients about products being promoted
•Drive achievement of growth & market share objectives
•Identify potential customers
•Implement marketing programs
•Conduct RTDs/CME activities
•Coordinate with Key Account Manager on related concerns

Territory Management

•Ensure achievement of QTQ parameters through:
•Optimization of allocated resources
•Effective communication of brand messages to target doctors aligned to the Marketing Communication Strategy
•Calling on the right doctors at the right frequency according to plan Implementation of territorial / marketing programs & ensuring IOR (Impact On Resources)
•Partner with the customers by providing value added services for patients
•Timely implementation of planned activities & liquidation of expenses
•Use of AGORA for monthly routing
•Ensure achievement of standards for Product Knowledge exams/requirements & MR certification.
•Sales reports, updates & support
•Provide detailed sales reports & updates on projects implemented & other business-related expenses & all relevant business correspondence with the use of appropriate presentation tools/ equipment
•Always maintain business updates/advantages through training & other information source (internet, books, etc.)

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business and allied medical sciences from a reputable institution.
• Good spoken and written English
• At least 3-4 years of strong track record as a Medical Representative from a top Pharma company.
