•Coordinate all Material Master Data Management and Text & Design related activities
•Create new items and update the MMDM data field for local and global materials according to requirements from all departments and sectors
•Prepare the weekly cost run list and give support for total cost run activity to BPA and FRA departments
•Prepare the material lists including various MMDM data according to requirements of all departments and sectors
•Support product transfer, packaging line related technical change, launch projects, divestment projects and pruning projects by completing Text and Design studies and master data definitions on time
•To ensure that GMP requirements defined by MOH, Novartis Quality Manual is completely and effectively implemented.

Minimum requirements

•University degree in Chemical Engineering or any equivalent degree
•Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
•Fluent in English
•Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
•Team working and customer oriented mindset
•Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
•Good knowledge of MS Office applications
•No military obligation for male candidates
