• Monitoring and organization of dispatch deliveries to affiliates
• Transportation planning and interface with 3rd party Logistic providers and freight forwarders
• Manage customer service level and satisfaction
• Order and claim handling of FDF (Finished Dosage Form)
• Order processing and preparation of shipping documentation & invoicing
• Maintenance of relevant master data in SAP for the function
• Primary customer interface for all logistics & dispatching activities
• Drive for simplification and efficiency, participation in Supply Chain process improvement projects

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Education: secondary school with economical background HAK/HABLA-Matura or Bachelor degree in International Business and Management
• Languages: fluent in German and English, both oral and written, additional language would be an advantage
• Experience: at least 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, preferably in customer service, sales administration or sales in industry
• Good knowledge in ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
• Good knowledge of complex supply chain and logistics processes and ideally knowledge in supplier negotiations
