The purpose of Compliance Associte role is to
• provide dedicated support in execution of the Compliance Program for Innovative Medicines (Pharma and Oncology)
• be involved in compliance processes and projects (Data Privacy, Transparency, P3 Core Tool, Conflicts of Interest, etc.)
• identify operational efficiencies and continuous process improvement
Major accountabilities:
1. Support the execution of the Compliance Program that requires day-to-day operational management of compliance tasks as well as effective collaboration with other departments and units
2. Support the IM Compliance Head in compliance advisory – provide compliance support to franchises and business units, and assist in the implementation of business initiatives to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal policies/SOPs
3. Participate in managing compliance projects
4. Assist in development of compliance systems, help with the implementation of compliance tools / systems
5. Take part in the regular compliance assessments and perform independent compliance monitoring reviews
6. Manage the administration of the Compliance Department that includes preparation of presentations and reports
7. Support Data Privacy administration (Data Privacy Record (Inventory), Data Privacy Breach register, Privacy Impact Assessment, Data Privacy Inventory for HCPs)
8. Manage local transparency reporting (X-Pend), update existing processes in order to ensure complete and efficient reporting in line with requirements
9. Super user of the P3 Core Tool (operate the tool, deliver P3 Core Tool trainings)
10. Support the IM Compliance Head with other compliance tasks an initiatives

Desired profile
Minimum requirements
College / University Degree (law, economics, business administration) Hungarian and fluent English
• 2 - 5 years of work experience in a highly regulated industry (pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, financial services industry) with relevant exposure to compliance or similar function
• Experience in reputable consulting firm is an advantage
• Strong project management skills
• Broad experience in risk assessment / risk management
• Proven ability to effectively support processes and collaborate in a cross-functional matrix environment
• Experience in administration
