we are seeking for a CATARACT PROCEDURE MANAGER into our team.

Area: West-Hungary

The purpose of the position is to represent and manage Alcon Cataract portfolio on the assigned territory. Provide continuous presence in the hospitals and one day surgical centers assigned to achieve sales targets through strong customer relationships and portfolio support. Pull-through and generate leads for the whole Alcon Cataract portfolio. Identify equipment opportunities and support market development.

• Sales and market share responsibility across Alcon’s cataract portfolio;
• End-to-end opretaion procedure support, including training of Health Care Professionals, follow up on orders with Customer Service, follow up and work together with Technical Services Team, contact with other departments as required;
• Ensure high pull-through of artificial lenses & cataract consumables;
• Identify equipment opportunities and create lead for specialized Equipment Managers;
• Advise and support other Alcon Sales Representatives in their work;
• Report on field and competitor activities;
• Attend specific congresses, support HCPs and Marketing Team in organization of attendance;
• Attend specific product trainings;
• Initiate follow-up on product related complaints;
• Consistently act in accordance with internal and local medical device regulatory environment.

Desired profile

Minimum requirements

• Min. three (3) years sales force experience in medical devices and/or Pharma environment.
• Consultant experiences for high end medical consumables or investment goods
• In addition to local language: fluent English, written & spoken
• Bachelor degree on marketing, sales, business administration or biological sciences
