Lead different capital markets projects with substantial financial impact on the company
Draft relevant policies and recommendations (like dividend policy, minimum liquidity policy, dividend proposal)
Perform credit rating management (including comprehensive credit rating analysis/ rating forecasting and draft presentations to the credit agencies)
Perform quantitative modelling and financial analysis and develop and present appropriate financial solutions
Perform periodic analysis of capital markets related programs (like Employee Participation Programs, ADS Program, Share Buyback Program) • Support the Deputy Group Treasurer in various projects

Minimum requirements

MBA (or equivalent), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) a plus English mandatory 3-8 years of investment banking (debt capital markets, equity capital markets, M&A) experience at a top-tier bank
