General Description
- Make happy calls to verify real sell out. - Conduct surveys with EU or dealers as requested by Sales/ Marketing. - Monitor accuracy of co-op promotion/ JBP/ Sales & Mkt promotion for EU - Serve as contact point between dealers & Samsung. - Receive & solve dealers' complaint . - Cross check incentive payment status to retailers. - Monitor dealers/ mkt deployment at shops. - Call to end-users to check accuracy of sell-out/ co-op marketing. - Call to end-users to conduct surveys as requested by Sales/ Marketing

Necessary Skills / Attributes
Bachelor degree or equivalent Good communication skill (both English & Vietnamese) Excellent at MS Office, especially Excel Ability to work individually or in team Pay good attention to details Outbound telephone skills. Beautiful voice.. Experience at least 1 year in Tele-communication or Call Center is priority.
