General Description
The purposes of the Online Sales Specialist are: • Participate in the definition of online sales strategy with focus on existing and new online sales channels • Establishment of business plan in close cooperation with internal stakeholders • In collaboration with Marketing & Sales, monitor online sales activities on existing and new channels, define and propose new sales strategies and instruments to support the online business • Pro-actively interact with existing online sales channels to constantly tune up the online sales activities The key responsibilities are: • Definition and achievement of relevant KPIs based on sound concepts and action plans • Tracking of activities, monitoring and definition of measures to achieve objectives • Establishment of solid e-commerce processes and internal standard touchpoints with key stakeholders and external partners

Desired profile

Necessary Skills / Attributes
We are looking for a motivated talent with the following experience and qualifications: • 2 years of experience in a similar function • Degree in business administration and experience in sales or marketing in an international environment • Working experience in online sales and motivation to develop this channel further • Industry-relevant experience and readiness to take on responsibility • Knowledge of MS Office products • Knowledge of digital skills Language skills: German: Mother tongue English: Excellent written and spoken French: On a good level written and spoken Personal skills: • Ability to drive results and high degree of self-motivation • “Can do” approach and ability to work in a matrix organization • Ability to work in a pivot position aggregating different business needs and views to develop consensus among stakeholders In our pursuit of excellence, Samsung is continuously looking for dynamic individuals.
