Job Duties: Coordinate executive communications, responding to emails and interfacing with partners Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries Handles booking for conference rooms Assists with event planning for internal and external events, including making meal reservations, arranging transportation, and planning large group events if needed Schedule Happy Hour (Order food/drinks, handle set up and clean up) if needed Plan office outings, and team building events if needed
