Product Manager / Product Owner, IT Apps - Salesforce Web Experience (WWW Team)

IT Applications - WWW development team is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Product Manager to help lead the next generation of Salesforce web experiences! Responsibilities:

·  Drive the product vision and high-level web experience concepts spanning technology and business
·  Regularly communicate product vision and user experience and be able to tell the product story to stakeholder audiences across areas of expertise including IT and Marketing.
·  Navigate a dynamic and distributed stakeholder and development environment to build and maintain a prioritized roadmap
·  Translate business and marketing requirements into functional requirements / supporting documentation / user stories and acceptance criteria
·  Own product backlog, sprint backlog, roadmap and release plan
·  Synthesize diverse sets of data to educate the team and drive product decisions
·  Work closely with the Solution Architect, to ensure solutions are in keeping with the current and future product direction, trust (security) and performance requirements
·  Support the whole product lifecycle - Balance dependencies, technical debt, environment, and operational support
·  Ensure transparency and traceability from requirements gathering through delivery and post production support
·  Champion and support your team by reducing churn and waste, removing blockers, escalating issues and helping to mentor and grow team members.

Required Skills/Experience:

·  Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, STEM, IT or related discipline or equivalent experience
·  5+ years of experience in Product Management, Systems/Business Analysis, Software Engineering or related field
·  2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing space or in supporting Marketing business stakeholders
·  2+ years experience working with Content Management Systems
·  Demonstrated experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria and agile software development;
·  Exceptional visual, verbal and written communication skills
·  Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail
·  A leader who believes that building a great product is a team sport, and who can influence cross-functional teams without formal authority · Demonstrated success in transforming customer needs into working software

Desired Skills/Experience:

·  2+ years experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
·  2+ years experience working with User Experience (UX) or Customer Experience (CX) design
·  Experience with Salesforce platform a big plus
·  Deeply analytical and detail oriented
·  Customer centric - A champion for the end-user
·  Compassionate (not just empathetic)
·  Build a collective vision - Lead from the front
·  Inspiration to engineers, designers and marketing teams
