The Marketing Analyst/Sr Analyst within the Marketing Operations team will report to the Sr Manager of Marketing Planning in the Corporate Marketing group. In this role, the Marketing Analyst/Sr Analyst will help manage the global budget planning process and be a go to resource for all systems, planning and spend management decks and reporting. He/she will also provide data driven ad hoc analysis for trending and decision making to upper management.

Responsibilities

·  Manage and maintain rolling planning forecasts updated directly from our internal Marketing Resource Management (MRM) tool that actualizes on a quarterly basis. Complete incorporation of MRM adjustments and Finance reported figures into the model, including mapping alignment between reporting and internal systems
·  Systems Super User: be the go-to person to create and update reports and decks to support business needs for both planning and spend management as well as ad hoc requests from upper management. Ability to work in Salesforce tools to provide informative trending and analysis. Reporting and Dashboards: showcase and provide data in an interactive format to upper management based on needs of the business
·  Build a database of interactive historicals from prior years, that easily captures changes to new reporting based on asks from upper management; use insights in assisting with the annual planning process for WW Corporate Marketing
·  Assist and execute data driven ad hoc analyses around marketing ROI
·  Manage the weekly executive dashboards related to Marketing activity updates
·  Management of all systems training documents; provide ongoing training to the internal team based on new reporting in all systems
·  Cadence of communication and management of all deadlines and deliverables associated with the planning cycle

Other Requirements:

·  Motivated, proactive self-starter able to work independently with ability to keep up in a fast paced environment.
·  Excellent system skills including Excel, Salesforce.com, SAP Business Objects, PowerPoint.
·  Financial background a plus. Knowledge of GAAP based accounting recognition policies preferred, but not required.
·  Detail oriented to ensure accuracy in completion of tasks.
·  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work and collaborate with worldwide Marketing teams.
·  1-3 years of experience in Finance, Analytics, and/or Business/Marketing Operations
