ROLE DESCRIPTION

Salesforce.org Finance & Strategy is seeking an influential Financial Analyst who will be providing Corporate FP&A support for the organization. This is a key position - focusing on company-wide financial and headcount forecasting, consolidations, reporting and analysis. This role will also support managing the budgets for the company’s G&A and Technology & Products functions. The ideal candidate must feel a strong connection to the mission of Salesforce.org.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· 
Assist in managing monthly close processes, management reporting and analytics, as well as headcount monitoring and reporting

· 
Maintain/improve and develop various Corporate financial models to support P&L forecasting, margin management and scenario planning

· 
Own company-wide headcount reporting and reconciliation

· 
Act as a global consolidator and coordinator of the company P&L while building collaborative working relationships across the team

· 
Assist in developing and preparing Quarterly Outlooks, Annual Plans and Long Range Plans

· 
Create high quality PowerPoint or Google Slide presentations for Management and Board of Directors

· 
Support managing the budgets and reporting for the company’s G&A (CFO Org, Legal, Employee Success) and Technology & Products functions

· 
Develop repeatable business, operational and financial processes that are widely understood by all key stakeholders

· 
Actively seek out opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

· 
Assist in other ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

· 
Bachelor's degree required

· 
3+ years of FP&A or business finance experience required

· 
Experience with financial systems (Anaplan, Workday, TM1) preferred

· 
Expertise in building complex decision support models in Excel

· 
Experience working with large datasets, automation, or business intelligence skills

· 
Extensive experience in creating PowerPoint/Google Slide presentations for management

· 
Analytical, problem-solving, advanced business acumen mindset, including demonstrated ability to think creatively and be resourceful within context of financial modeling, analytics, and strategic presentations

· 
Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously and under tight timelines; flexibility to adjust on the fly to new demands; self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured environment

· 
Team player – ability to work collaboratively within the group and across functions

· 
Superb work ethic and integrity – enthusiastic, self-starter and proactive
