Job description:
The Enterprise Media & Gaming Architect will act as an enterprise domain expert to sales teams on the Salesforce customer success platform and how it fits into an enterprise business and IT architecture. With a broad IT background including: technical architecture, software/systems engineering, cloud computing, and the software development process (SDLC), the Enterprise Gaming Architect will organize the development of Salesforce solutions and transform customer business strategy into execution.

The Enterprise Media & Gaming Architect is a subject matter expert in one or more categories that many include: business strategy, application architecture, data & information, integration, security, cloud computing, technology, distributed platforms, mobile, and analytics. The Enterprise Gaming Architect will help determine which Salesforce technologies to leverage in customer driven architectures leveraging Enterprise Architecture frameworks and Salesforce agile methodologies. The Enterprise Gaming Architect will help the sales teams and customer's design specific product roadmaps against business strategies.

The Enterprise Media & Gaming Architect should have hands-on experience in multiple industries and across several disciplines. He or she should be comfortable discussing and demonstrating all aspects of the Salesforce platform ( force.com , Heroku) and advanced skills including hosting infrastructure, integration and declarative/programmatic extensions to business IT audiences including the CTO/CIO and Chief Digital Officers. With a strong blend of technical and sales skills the Cloud Solution Architect uses a consultative approach to understand business and technical requirements and to help the sales teams develop and refine a technical sales strategy and salesforce.com solution fit.

The Enterprise Media & Gaming Architect will also participate in the delivery of solution and best practices educational sessions to existing customers and the broader Application Platform as a Service (PaaS) and data analytics market.

Responsibilities:
·  Business planning and strategy
·  Understanding of design thinking and principles
·  Advise CIO/CTO/EA level contacts and their teams as they look to move their business to a cloud architecture
·  Present salesforce.com 's technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with company's hosting infrastructure, security and integration capabilities
·  Understand the customer need and establish company's product as the best solution that addresses the technical and business requirements
·  Work with the Industry Business leads to support pipe generation activities
·  Conduct architecture and technical workshops that may include enablement sessions
·  Manage Industry demonstration environments
·  Work closely with other elements of the salesforce.com organization, e.g. alliances, sales effectiveness, Enterprise Architecture steering committee, product marketing, etc. to develop and execute internal and external programs and initiatives
·  Assist sales teams delivering Ignites and Enterprise Architecture process called Illuminate
·  Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
·  Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
·  Mentor and guide more junior technical resources Experience/Skills Required:
·  B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
·  Fluency in French & English
·  Previous development experience (Force.com, Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX, or relevant open source platforms)
·  An understanding of UI/UIX design thinking
·  A good understanding of the architectural principals of cloud based platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure and application servers.
·  Understanding of all cloud offerings in the market and ability to discuss cloud architectures
·  A good understanding of enterprise application integration, including SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL environments and an understanding of integration considerations such as process orchestration, customer data integration and master data management.
·  A good understanding of the security processes, standards & issues involved in multi-tier, multi-tenant web applications.
·  Architectural and development experience of Web Services and emerging solutions such as mobile
·  Principals of network, application and information security
Additional Skills (not required):
·  Previous practitioner and/or implementation experience of Salesforce.com solutions or relevant solutions
