About the Solutions Engineering Creative Services Team
The B2C Solutions Engineering Creative Services team provides innovation, deal support, and enablement to ensure that Business Consultants, Solutions Engineers, and Account Executives are positioned for success. We're a global practice of Strategists, Designers and Developers that help paint a compelling “art of the possible” vision for customers through the application of design thinking. We seek to inspire customers, while staying grounded in achievable solutions. We bring ideas to life through scaleable tools and enablement, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the B2C Solutions Engineering organization.

What will you be doing?
The Associate Digital Designer is responsible for supporting the development of custom digital presentations and other visual assets that help bring cross-channel and cross-product customer journeys to life. They play a critical role in supporting our growing consultant and sales team, and have direct impact on winning strategic new business for Salesforce. In addition they will:

·  Creatively and strategically bring to life cross-channel customer journeys/customer experiences through visual design
·  Partner with other members of the Creative Services team to infuse creativity into the pre-sales process and design tailored “experiences” for our most strategic prospects and customers.
·  Create wireframes, diagrams, and workflows to illustrate and simplify complex concepts based around the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
·  Build and maintain a technical and business understanding of the Salesforce platform
·  Support the development of innovative tools, processes, and enablement

Who are we looking for?
A successful candidate will be a talented visual communicator, and will thrive on ensuring our internal stakeholders are successful in communicating value to our prospects and customer. You’ll also:

·  Have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Informatics, Interactive Design, or UX/UI Design
·  Have experience with Graphic Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Web Design and/or Customer Experience Design
·  Proficient with modern design tools (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, etc.)
·  The ability to execute presentation designs and assets from high level sales process strategy/concepts
·  Be ambitious, curious, proactive and flexible
·  Be a strong communicator and team player
·  Have exceptional organizational and planning skills and have the ability to prioritize
·  Have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to use own initiative
·  Be a driven person interested in being a part of a fast-paced tech environment
·  Have experience designing mobile responsive web pages and emails (a plus)
·  Have experience with presentation software including PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides (a plus)
