Job Description
エンタープライズ領域 ( 従業員数 4000 名以上のお客様 ) に対して , Heroku Enterprise の拡販に注力していただくポジションです .
担当領域に対する拡販の戦略策定からお客様訪問 , 提案 , 契約までの業務をアカウント担当営業部門,マーケティング部門,インサイドセールス部門,チャネルセールス部門, CoPrime セールス部門,パートナー様と協調しながら推進します .

Responsibilities
·  Salesforce.com 社内の関係部門と協調し,新規・既存のお客様に対して Heroku Enterprise の拡販を行う
• ·  担当顧客のリテンション率を高く維持する
• ·  ビジネス / テクニカルチャンピオンから C レベルまでを含めた役員クラスのお客様への提案支援
Required Skills
·  3 年以上の技術営業 / プリセースル経験,または SaaS/PaaS/IaaS の営業経験
• ·  一度に複数の顧客を担当し,ツールを活用しながら管理できる能力
Desired Skills
·  アプリケーション開発,データベース, BI ツール, IT システム構築に関するソリューション営業,提案経験
·  IT ソリューションの講演等をした経験

Job Description
Heroku is looking for an Account Executive to foster long-term technical success and overall happiness of our fastest growing customer segment. The goal of the Account Executive is to transition established, growing customers, into long term, sustained growth customers.
The ideal Account Executive has strong technical understanding and proven success in cross team selling. The Heroku Account Executive will be responsible for working with existing customers, ensuring that they get the most out of the platform, helping them continue to develop and expand their successful use of Heroku, and uncover additional opportunities through our Partners and parent company Salesforce.

Responsibilities
·  Working with prospect/current customers to grow/expand relationships
·  Partner with CoPrime Sales to convert customers to Heroku Enterprise
·  Championing technical & business side issues for customers
·  Maintain high retention rate of customers you manage.
·  Communicating with customers via their preferred virtual channels (phone, email, tickets, web conference, etc.) with occasional face-to-face interactions
·  Build strong working relationships across client organizations
Required Skills
·  Minimum 3+ years of technical sales or SaaS/PaaS/IaaS sales experience
·  Technical aptitude with the ability to understand architecture, framework and languages
·  Track record of successfully growing customers
·  Ability to manage and maintain a high volume of customers
·  Fluency in oral and written communications in Japanese and Business level English
Desired Skills
·  Background in technology and platform solutions such as application development, database, business intelligence, and/or integration
·  Demonstrated ability to sell large scale and complex systems to key accounts
·  Strong knowledge of the competitive products, solutions and sales tactics
·  Creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
·  Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
·  Experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and application development
·  Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
