The objective of the mission is to support the implementation of our CRM system in some countries of Central & Eastern Europe. It will mainly consist in:
Conducting CRM assessment in those countries in order to propose actions for improvement of the CRM tool, the related sales processes and the use of the tool by the sales force Supervising on-going upgrades of the CRM tool in relation with our provider
