Job description



·  - Further development of our cost reduction processes.
·  - Development of Supply Chain tools to increase mid-term visibility of engines / modules through scheduling and the tracking of pacing parts.
·  - Help improve the synergy between materials management and kitting.
·  - Support other projects that will be identified during the duration of the VIE.

Complementary description

Support the cost reduction project by further developing existing processes, drive analysis, implement and monitor the appropriate changes with the support of management in order to increase the use of used serviceable material.

Some of the project main actions will be to:

·  - Review unserviceable material to identify potential use of the parts
·  - Drive our internal and external supplier to increase availability of used serviceable material
·  - Create tools necessary to manage the processes.
·  - Improve management of life limited used material.

Take part in daily/weekly Supply Chain meetings.

Participate in lean workshops with the team to identify improvements/non-value added activities.

Develop new PowerBI dashboards to improve visibility of certain Supply Chain KPIs.

Job requirements

Graduated (or in the process of) of an engineering school or business school - Bac+4/5
Advanced skills in MS Office
Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Basic accounting knowledge
Structured and autonomous way of working
Familiar with the operations environment and processes
Basic knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, or change management is appreciated
We are looking for highly motivated graduates who would like to work within a team in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment

Immigration requirements: the visa is issued to V.I.E applicants who are qualified or are waiting for their qualification (qualification to be obtained at least 15 days before departure), who are able to demonstrate at least 52 weeks full-time professional experience in a company (including internships) connected to the V.I.E assignment. V.I.E. participants can also obtain a "Trainee" visa if they have five years' professional experience (if they have no qualifications) in the same field as that for which they have applied. For applicants who are waiting to receive a qualification, evidence needs to be provided of a previous higher education diploma, that is related to the assignment.
