Stagiaire Service et Support Clients H/F

Job description

Vous aurez à participer à l'élaboration des processus permettant d'interfacer l'atelier de réparation des boites d'accessoires et les équipes chargées de la relation client en:

·  - Identifiant les besoins de chaque service (pilotage de l'atelier, pilotage de la relation client, besoin de reporting pour la direction)
·  - Prenant en compte les aspects opérationnels de la gestion d'un atelier de réparation dans l'industrie aéronautique
·  - Prenant en compte les besoins économiques liés au pilotage d'une activité commerciale
·  - Développant / améliorant les outils informatiques à disposition (Sharepoint, excel et PowerBi)
·  - En étant force de proposition quant à l'optimisation de l'utilisation de ces outils.

·  - la mise en place de processus et le management de l'information
·  - la production et les aspects commerciaux.
